How do I apply a To-Do template?

All account users can apply templates using the Quick Add "Create To-Do" button, located on the sidebar of most Batchbook pages. The Add Template pull-down menu is at the top of the form. When you choose a template from the menu, each of the To-Dos on the template will be created (and assigned to the account user of your choice) all at once.

Select the To-Do quick add button when you are in the contact view.

Your pre-configured steps will show up. You can edit them before applying the template.

Once you click save, the to-do tasks will show up in your contact's activity log.
