How do I add a comment to a contact, To-Do, event, communication or Deal?
Adding a comment
Comments can be added on the following detail pages: Contact, To-Do, Event, Communication, and Deals. To add a new comment to any of these records, type the message in the Comments field at the bottom of the screen and click the Add button. The comment will be saved along with the date/time it was added and the user who added it.
Subscribing to comments
To subscribe to an RSS feed of all comments submitted in your account, click the Comments Feed button at the bottom left of the Comments area. Select the RSS feed reader of your choice.
You can also add a widget to view all comments on records on your Dashboard by selecting Record Comments in the "Customize Dashboard" section.
