What is the Activity Log?
The Activity Log is displayed on the detail page for a contact record. It automatically records and displays any communication or To-Do List item that is associated with that contact. You can easily add another communication or To-Do List item to your contact from the Quick Add section on the right-hand side of the detail page; to do so, click either Log New Communication or Add New To-Do and enter the appropriate information in the inline form that appears.
To open an existing communication or To-Do, click its title.
