Where are my e-mails located in Batchbook?
When you forward an e-mail into Batchbook, it's logged on the Communications tab.
By default, your Batchbook account automatically tags any new communications or contacts created via Batchbox e-mail forwarding as "Batchbox." So, to view all these items, just choose the "Batchbox" tag from the tag pull-down menu on the Communications tab. To turn this auto-tag option off, or to re-name your tag, click the Your Account link in the header of any Batchbook page, and then click the Email Settings tab.
E-mails also appear in the Activity Log on the contact detail page for the contacts involved in the communication.
