How do I edit a communication?
On the Communications tab, or in a contact's Activity Log, click the title of any communication to open the Communication Info page. From there, click the pencil icon next to the title to change any of the following fields: Subject, To, From, CC & BCC (available on e-mail communications only), Date, Type, and message body. You can also add or delete any attachments or comments to or from your communication here as well.
NOTE: The "From" field of a communication will only save one contact.
