How do I create mailing labels?

On the Lists & Reports tab, click Contact List (Create a New Contact List), and follow these steps:

  1. Enter a list name and description.
  2. Click Save.
  3. Select Add All Records to include all records, or Add by Search Criteria to filter which contacts you want to include in the list.
  4. Review the next section, List Data, by clicking the pencil (Edit) icon. Select the address (or "Location" as we say 'round here) you want to have appear on your labels.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Print Labels; a box showing a list of compatible labels opens. You can choose to sort by Zip code, if you like.
  7. Then, click the Print Labels button to open a PDF preview; you can print the labels right from the PDF window.
