Can I make edits to or delete a tag from all records?
Tags can be added to or removed from multiple records by using what we call Batch Actions. To trigger Batch Actions, check the box to the left of a contact's name. (This can be done on the Browse Contacts, Browse Communications, and Browse Deals pages as well as on the Search Results page). Batch Actions, including the options to add a tag or SuperTag or untag, will appear above the list of records in a pull-down menu.
