How do I create a list of email addresses to send to MailChimp?

From the Lists & Reports tab on the top navigation bar, follow these steps:

1. Click contact list, and enter a list name and description.

2. Click save.

3. Either Add All Records to your list or Add by Search Criteria to build your list. (No need to edit List Data here as MailChimp will only accept name and email addresses).

4. Click choose a MailChimp list and select a list to send it to.

5. Click send to MailChimp to send off your list!

Now, log in to your MailChimp account and your list will be ready to go!

NOTE: If you're not seeing the send list to MailChimp button, then you either have our free, Baby Blue account or you have previously enabled MailChimp Sync. Integration with MailChimp is available to all of our paid accounts. To upgrade your account, click the Your Account link in the header of any Batchbook page.
