How do I export a contact list into Excel or Numbers?

You can export a list into Excel or Numbers by first creating a list and then exporting it as a CSV file (which can be opened in Excel or Numbers). To do this, just go to the Lists & Reports tab, and click Contact List. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Enter a list name and description.
  2. Click Save.
  3. Select Add All Records to include all records, or Add by Search Criteria to filter which contacts you want to export.
  4. Review the next section, List Data, by clicking on the pencil (Edit) icon. Check the box next to each item you want to export along with your records, such as title, communications, Deals, or SuperTag data.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Export CSV and choose a location on your computer where you would like to download the file.
