How do I import a CSV file?
To import a CSV file into Batchbook:
- Go to the Contacts tab.
- Click the CSV radio button, located in the Import Contacts section on the sidebar.
- Click the Browse... button to find the CSV file on your computer; double click the CSV file name.
- Select Tag Import? to add any tags to your contacts in the Tag field.
- Select Remove Duplicates? or Merge Duplicates? to minimize duplicated contacts.
- Click the Go button.

NOTE: We accept CSV imports from many of the standard export formats. See our guides on exporting from Outlook, LinkedIn, Hotmail, Thunderbird, Yahoo, and Mac address book.
NOTE: We will queue any import with 40 or more records. If your import is queued for this reason, you'll receive a message in Batchbook letting you know. We will also send you an e-mail confirmation when the records have been successfully inserted into your Batchbook account, which should happen in under five minutes.
