What kind of lists can I create?

There's a plethora of information you can include on your lists. What you choose to include depends on what your needs are. We leave the specifics up to you. To make changes to the list report data being displayed, return to the Lists & Reports tab, click the name of the list or the Edit this List icon next to the name of the list you wish to modify, and then click Edit List Data in the List Data section on that list's detail page.

Here are some kinds of lists that we've found particularly helpful:

  • E-mail lists that we export to MailChimp.
  • Thankfully: mailing labels.
  • Various, printable reports containing record information that we need to view or print in a spreadsheet format, like names, cell phone numbers, work addresses, e-mail addresses, Deals, and communications, for example.
