Why do I get an "Unable to parse provided file" message when I try to import my contacts?

You may see this message if the file you're trying to upload is not in one of the two file formats Batchbook recognizes: vCard or CSV. For the latter, we accept the following email clients' CSV formats: Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo Address Book, Mac Address Book, Thunderbird, LinkedIn, and Highrise.

This will ensure that contact information is parsed correctly into your Batchbook account.
