Can the Account Admin or Owner be changed?
Yes. Admins and Owners can grant or remove user permissions via the Manage Users tab. To access this tab, just click the Your Account link in the Batchbook header. You can have as many Admins on your account as you want, but there is only one Owner per account.
The account owner may be changed, but only the current account owner has the ability to transfer owner rights. Transferring account ownership is also done via the Manage Users tab.
Please be sure to have the new account owner sit down with you and update the credit card we have on file for the account BEFORE you transfer ownership of the account to them. Only the account owner can update credit card information, so don't forget to do that before you're not able to change it anymore!
